Limitation
Do not apply if rain is expected. Not resistant to solvents like Diesel and petrol. The surface should be protected from rain, water, mechanical loads and impacts for 24 hours during and after the application. Depending on the climatic conditions and weather temperature you should use the product as summer or winter. Do not apply around the dew point temperature (2 – 5 °C)

Application Information
Preparation
All surfaces should be sound, clean, and free from any contaminants including rust. In steel/metal surfaces, the surfaced should be primed with Anti Rust Primer (Anticorrosive primer)before application of rubber-pro 101 and over coated with rubber- pro 505

Application
Priming
All surfaces should be primed using one coat of Rubber – pro 101. Allow 45 – 90 mins to dry.
First Coat
Apply a coat of Rubber Pro 505 by brush or roller (0.33 litre/m2) Bed the acrylic membrane into the wet coat, taking care to remove all air pockets and crease marks. Overlaps must be a minimum of 50mm.Allow to dry (1 hour, depending on conditions)
Second Coat
Apply a second off 0.33/m2 making sure that the membrane is completely saturated, and allow to dry for no less than 24 hours.
Cleaning
- Uncured Rubber – Pro 505 can be removed with water.
- Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Disposal
Dispose in accordance with local regulations.
